It truly amazes me how far you've come. You're a testimony of what hard work, discipline and resolve produce with God's help.
When your son and anyother future kids tell you that they can't do something, you just whip out your "before pictures" and remind them of the "cloth they're cut from". If you can lose and maintain all this weight, they too can achieve their goals and do whatever they put their minds to.
